This position supports batch approval, finished product testing, data recording, and participation in non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement projects. This role ensures that finished products comply with customer specifications and internal quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform finished product and intermediate testing according to internal methods and customer methods. * Conduct batch analysis (liquid properties, mechanical tests, appearance, sagging, pinholing, rheology, and others defined by QC or R\+D). * Record results in QC tools and support basic data analysis. * Perform initial evaluation of results and escalate deviations when necessary. * Approve batches when all specifications are met. * Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA). * Support the raw materials laboratory as required. * Adjust batches following QC formulas and protocols. * Participate in laboratory equipment calibration activities. * Maintain up-to-date material status in R12 and manage retained samples. * Participate in internal and customer non-conformance investigations, as well as recovery testing. * Actively participate in 5S activities, LEAN initiatives, Smart Test improvements, and statistical data collection. * Comply with EHS procedures and ensure proper use of laboratory equipment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. * Laboratory experience is preferred. * Knowledge of QC test methods (DIN, ISO, AFNOR). * Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and software (R12, QlikView, Report Server, Batch Tracker). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously under appropriate supervision. * Advanced Excel; data analysis experience is a plus. * Advanced English. **Conditions** * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Availability for approximately 8 Saturdays per year.
