**About Us** At Kerionics, we work to drive real change in the world: accelerating decarbonization through technologies that enable cleaner, more sustainable energy. As a spin-off of ITQ (UPV-CSIC), we were born from scientific knowledge—but our purpose extends far beyond the lab: transforming research into solutions capable of improving the planet’s future. Our SOEC technology brings us closer to that goal. Its high energy efficiency enables green hydrogen production where it is most needed: in industries still heavily reliant on fossil fuels. We aim to demonstrate that an ambitious energy transition is not only possible—it is already underway… **and you can be part of it.** **Who We Are** We are a multicultural team of over 20 people, united by a shared purpose: building a more sustainable future through technological innovation. Scientists, engineers, and business professionals—passionate about bringing our scientific discoveries into the daily operations of industry. **How We Work** You will work **on-site** at our facilities located in the Paterna Technology Park (Valencia), in our office and workshop—where the “magic” happens. As a startup developing a physical product, we need to stay closely connected to ensure seamless communication. We believe the best technology can only be built by a team that believes in what it does. That’s why we regularly measure people’s experience at Kerionics. Our **eNPS of 62.5**, significantly higher than the “acceptable” range (0–30), reflects the team’s **commitment**, **engagement**, and **sense of belonging**, all rooted in a shared mission. **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day** You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside scientists and engineers on the **manufacturing of our membranes** (MEA – Membrane Electrode Assembly) and on assembling these membranes into our stacks. This is our project, and every one of us pushes it forward. **We learn from our mistakes.** We’re not afraid to try, fail, and try again. That’s how we turn bold ideas into real breakthroughs. **We care.** About safety, about impact, about the people next to us in the blue polo. Because the future we’re building is worth doing right, together.
