Come and grow with us in our coffee shop! **What do we offer?** * Contracts between 20 and 30 hours per week * Salary according to collective agreement **Responsibilities:** * **Communication Management**: Coordinate with the team to manage stock correctly. * **Recipe Monitoring**: Follow recipes and communicate any tool requirements to the head chef. * **Preparation of Dishes**: Use planning sheets to prepare cold and hot dishes. * **Storage and Processing of Products**: Store and process products correctly. * **Refrigerator Organization**: Organize according to the FIFO method (first in, first out). * **Stock and Order Management**: Organize stock and place orders according to needs. * **Maintenance and Cleaning**: Keep your station immaculate, complying with Health Standards. * **Food Quality and Safety Regulations**: Ensure compliance with regulations to prevent cross-contamination.
