Root-cause analysis-based problem-solving mindset (5 Whys, Ishikawa). Ability to systematically identify and eliminate losses. Continuous learning and technical curiosity. Effective communication with Production and the rest of the maintenance team. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize interventions. Minimum Experience At least 3 years in electrical maintenance roles, with experience in: Interpretation of electrical schematics. Fault diagnosis using PLCs. Experience with servo motors and variable frequency drives. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Use of GMAO/CMMS for maintenance management. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical faults. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Conduct root-cause analysis of faults. Implement improvements to increase equipment availability and reliability. Collaborate on automation and continuous improvement projects.
