




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to provide administrative support for Next Generation programs, including document management, course planning and monitoring, student tracking, and other supporting tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and online collaborative tools We are seeking personnel to provide administrative support for Next Generation programs. Tasks will include document management for courses, as well as planning, control, and monitoring of both courses and enrolled students. You will also be responsible for booking classrooms and necessary technical equipment, preparing surveys, and carrying out other duties assigned by project coordinators. A minimum of one year’s experience in administrative positions is required. A Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance, or a related higher-level qualification, is mandatory. In addition, proficiency in MS Office and online collaborative tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or Google Drive is expected. This is a temporary position with a contract duration until summer, full-time. The working schedule is 38 hours per week, and the salary will comply with the Collective Agreement for Privately Funded Education. The workplace is located in Zaragoza.
