At present, as a recruitment consultant, we are searching on behalf of our client for an Executive Assistant who will act as a key support figure to the CEO, ensuring order, coordination, and efficient execution of the group’s priorities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings and organizing national and international travel. * Attend senior management meetings, draft minutes, and follow up on agreed actions. * Coordinate the CEO’s internal and external communications (email, calls, and strategic contacts). * Track tasks, projects, and strategic decisions across departments. * Act as the liaison between senior management and various company departments. * Support the organization of corporate events, meetings, and conferences. * Collaborate on new strategic projects and ensure their proper execution. * Manage the group’s trademark registration and protection, coordinating with external legal advisors. * Digital and physical document archiving and management, adhering to high confidentiality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar business-related field.
