Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by knowing all products offered and collaborating with coworkers to deliver excellent sales service * Deliver sales, outstanding customer experiences, and meet operational expectations * Maintain personal and productivity goals * Connect effectively with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to match customer needs * Stay informed and knowledgeable about all products, keeping up with current and upcoming trends and items * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Qualifications: * Zero to three years of retail store experience * Self-confident and comfortable interacting with customers to provide an enhanced experience * Motivated to achieve strong results through personal passion for engaging with customers and athletic products * Able to initiate tasks and activities independently without supervision * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
