




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive interior design professional with experience to support proposals, manage FF&E orders, supervise installations, and coordinate with suppliers. With **automation** and **expertise** embedded in our DNA, we are building compelling hospitality solutions to deliver a unique experience for our guests. **What You’ll Do:** We seek a candidate with prior experience in a similar role—proactive and eager to engage across all facets of architecture: design, construction supervision, interior design, coordination with trades, and budget preparation. * Support the development of new implementation proposals and interior design projects carried out within the Libere department. * Place and prepare FF&E orders and budgets aligned with the allocated budget and appropriate design for each asset, meeting established timelines. * Monitor FF&E installations and interior construction works (site visits, report preparation, communication with suppliers and internal departments, coordination of deliveries and installations). * Maintain ongoing contact with furniture and finishing suppliers to stay updated on new products and developments. **Requirements** We seek a candidate with 3 years of experience in interior design projects (not engineering), with knowledge of: * Software/Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
