Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Technical Engineer for design, calculation, and end-to-end project management, including on-site supervision and client and team coordination. Continuous contact with clients and multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a professional in the design and calculation field to join our team in Galdakao for collaborative project development. Main responsibilities include drafting drawings and conceptualizing technical solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each assignment. You will also be fully responsible for project management—this includes performing precise measurements, preparing detailed budgets, and thoroughly planning manufacturing processes. Effective communication and coordination between the production workshop and on-site installation teams is essential to ensure correct execution. Additionally, continuous contact will be maintained with the administration, commercial, and workshop departments. Site visits will also be conducted to supervise proper installation of designed components and resolve any technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Direct client interaction will be an important aspect—managing contact to implement necessary adaptations and provide post-installation technical support. Experience in structural welding and metal fabrication, as well as a valid driver’s license, are highly valued. Education: Industrial Technical Engineering degree, Mechanical specialization. Minimum 4 years of experience. Advanced ability to read and interpret technical and assembly drawings. Experience in structural welding and metal fabrication. Capability to manage personnel and organize processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle.
