Job Summary: We are seeking an Area Manager to manage cleaning services in the Vallès region, supervising teams, shift schedules, and service quality, as well as resolving incidents with clients. Use of management software We are looking for an **Area Manager** to oversee multiple cleaning services in the Vallès region. **Responsibilities:** Center and team management, shift schedule organization, working hour control, quality monitoring, incident resolution with clients, and use of **management software (Freemática or similar)** for daily service management. **Requirements:** 5 years’ experience in cleaning service or facility services management, experience in multi-center environments and with teams, **proficiency in management software**, organizational and leadership skills, Excel proficiency, valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** Permanent contract, full-time position, company vehicle, stable project, and conditions commensurate with qualifications.
