




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for technical support to manage service alerts, inventory, logistics, budgeting, and billing in Alcobendas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key administrative support for the technical team We require a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration or a related field to join our technical support team in Alcobendas. The main responsibility will be full management of service alerts—from opening to closure—ensuring effective communication and efficient follow-up. You will be responsible for dispatching and tracking materials required for interventions. You will also supervise and manage repairs carried out outside the company. Your work will be essential in maintaining strict annual inventory control for technicians, ensuring they always have the resources they need. In addition to logistical tasks, you will respond to inquiries regarding Technical Service interventions, providing customers with clear and detailed information. You will handle the dispatch and follow-up of budgets, as well as order tracking, ensuring all administrative aspects are well organized. It will be important to manage billing for the Technical Service department and monitor outstanding payments. You will also register product references and customers, and support the Logistics Network Coordinator in managing Emergency Healthcare Centers. Experience managing and updating core instrument information is valued, ensuring data accuracy. For this position, at least three years of experience in similar administrative roles is required, along with strong proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and knowledge of systems like SAP. Communication will be in Spanish, and English proficiency is a plus. Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is an on-site position. Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration or a related field. Minimum three years of administrative experience, preferably in technical support or logistics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of SAP. Ability to manage inventories and control materials. Capacity to resolve incidents and answer queries. Experience in budget and order management. Knowledge of billing and payment tracking. Ability to manage databases of instruments and customers.
