Grupo ONDOAN, a reference company in the field of Mechanical Installations for industry and construction, is looking to incorporate an **Engineer for Mechanical Installation Projects Coordination** to join our team. **What will be your mission?** * Collect and interpret information required for project execution (scope, technical requirements, deadlines, payment terms, risks, applicable legal requirements, as well as environmental, safety, sustainability, and equality aspects, where applicable) * Client relationship management. * Project planning: Definition and management of necessary resources (human, material, financial), development of schedule and budget, and anticipation of potential risks to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Coordination with other involved departments: design engineers, drafting, procurement, and business unit management. * Identify and propose improvements optimizing the project, ensuring its viability and maximizing profitability. * Management of project scope with the client, including handling modifications affecting the original offer scope, deadlines, and/or project costs. * Supervision and control of project milestone compliance, as well as monthly and final financial tracking. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a solid and sector-leading company. * Learning and professional growth opportunities. * Participation in reference projects within our sectors. * Job stability with an indefinite contract after the probation period. * Competitive remuneration and flexible working hours. * Winter Schedule Mon\-Thu 8:00\-9:15\/17:15\/18:30 and Fri 8:00\-9:15\/14:30\-15:45 * Summer Schedule August 8:00\-9:15\/14:30\-15:45 **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. ️\-Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within installation companies, engineering firms, or construction companies. * Technical competence and interpersonal skills for client interaction. ️\-Proficiency in MS\-Office, AutoCAD, and other computer tools. * Valid driver's license is mandatory.
