In Defense, we address the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. The selected candidate will join to lead the preparation and coordination of technical\-economic proposals for Defense and Space projects, ensuring competitive, technically robust proposals aligned with customer requirements and company strategy. **Your responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate proposals for Defense and Space programs from opportunity identification through to client negotiation. * Serve as the primary client contact during the proposal phase, ensuring accurate understanding and alignment of technical, programmatic, and contractual requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (mechanics, electronics, software, manufacturing, procurement, quality, etc.) in proposal development. * Define high\-level technical solutions in collaboration with product line managers. * Prepare and consolidate technical and commercial documentation associated with the proposal. * Coordinate cost estimation, scheduling, risk assessment, and industrial strategy for the proposal. * Prepare and lead internal proposal reviews and support approval processes. * Analyze tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements. * Manage risks and opportunities associated with proposals. * Participate in business development and capture strategy activities. * Support technical and contractual negotiations with clients and industrial partners. * Coordinate proposals with national and international partners in collaborative programs. **What we expect from you:** * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * At least 5 years of project engineering experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical\-economic proposal preparation activities in complex industrial sectors (aeronautics, space, defense, automotive, rail, energy, robotics, etc.). * Advanced level of English. * Experience in the following areas will be valued: + Development and coordination of complex proposals. + Technical\-economic management of projects. + Risk analysis and planning. + Industrial cost estimation. + Engagement with institutional clients and major system integrators. + National and international tendering processes. + Technical or programmatic project leadership. **What we offer you:** These are some of the benefits you will enjoy at Sener: * You will have the opportunity to participate in innovative, high\-technology international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * You will benefit from improved time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * You can optimize your salary via our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and will also receive life and accident insurance. * We will support your physical and emotional well\-being through our wellness program, which includes sports activities, workshops, etc. * We will foster your professional development with technical training, soft skills development, language courses, etc., enabling continuous growth and achievement of your goals. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and are certified as a Family\-Friendly Organization (efr).
