WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? Reporting to the Production Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and organizing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials and finished products, ensuring product quality, stock control, and compliance with defined processes. **Specifically, the following responsibilities will be assumed:** Material Receipt * Physical receipt of materials and verification against established quality criteria. * Registration of incoming delivery notes in the ERP system and coordination with the Administration department. * Placement of materials in designated warehouse zones. * Preparation and distribution of materials to production according to manufacturing requirements. * Inventory control, stock adjustments, and system write-offs. * Management of Kanban cards in the client–supplier relationship. Dispatches * Preparation, packaging, and dispatch of finished products. * Control of outgoing shipments and review of delivery notes. * Coordination of internal transfers according to product type (high and low voltage). * Communication with customers regarding dispatches, as required. * Preparation, labeling, and weighing of waste in accordance with current regulations. Other Duties * Strict adherence to internal procedures and safety regulations. * Collaboration on other tasks related to the position, as required by organizational needs. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education * Vocational Training Level II (FP II), Medium-Level Degree, or equivalent qualification. Additional Training * Forklift operator license. Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management within an industrial environment. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in ERP systems. * Inventory and stock control. * Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers). * Safe operation of forklift trucks.
