Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Expert to take responsibility for complex corporate-level IT environments, ensuring their stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the optimization of global IT infrastructure and endpoint systems. 2. Design and implement automation solutions using Python and APIs. 3. Provide technical leadership to international teams. You will be responsible for: * Leading the optimization of global IT infrastructure and endpoint management systems. * Managing and evolving ITSM and asset management platforms. * Designing and implementing automation solutions (Python, APIs, middleware). * Diagnosing and resolving critical production incidents. * Contributing to system redesigns, migrations, standardization, and OS hardening (Windows and Linux). * Driving secure and compliant adoption of AI-based tools. * Providing technical leadership to international teams. This role sits at the intersection of **operational excellence, automation strategy, and cybersecurity governance**. **What We’re Looking For** ---------------- A senior, highly autonomous technical professional with a cross-functional perspective. ### **Key Experience** * Advanced endpoint management (deployment, patching, monitoring, compliance); ManageEngine knowledge is highly desirable. * In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, including hardening. * Advanced Microsoft 365 / O365 administration (security, policies, licensing). * Advanced Python programming and API-driven automation. * Demonstrated experience managing complex production incidents. * Solid foundation in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and system reliability. * Experience in integrating or governing AI-assisted tools (valued). ### **Additional Competencies** * Strong IT project management capabilities. * Ability to work in international environments and with multiple stakeholders. * Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving orientation. **Fluent English is mandatory.** French and/or Spanish are highly valued. ### **Your Mission** As our IT Technical Expert, you will ensure the **stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement** of enterprise\-level IT environments.
