Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced analytics and AI solutions, transforming data into actionable decisions and contributing to high-impact projects. A dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development and growth. **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to join a key team within the organization, leading the development of advanced analytics solutions that drive decision-making and generate tangible business value. You will work on diverse, high-impact projects—from predictive modeling to advanced AI initiatives—with direct application in production environments. And more... You will lead end-to-end advanced analytics projects, from problem definition to production deployment. You will design and develop advanced models (Machine Learning, time series, clustering, NLP, deep learning, etc.) aligned with business objectives. You will transform data into decisions, generating actionable insights with both technical and strategic vision. You will develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. You will explore, prototype, and deploy generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG), applying them to real-world use cases such as text analysis, automation, or decision support—evaluating their impact and scalability. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related STEM disciplines. A specialized Master’s in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data is a plus. Experience: * At least five years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning in real-world business environments. * Experience with predictive models, time series, clustering, and/or Deep Learning. * Demonstrable experience in Generative AI. Languages: * High proficiency in English. Other skills and knowledge: * Proficiency in Python and SQL. * Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical solutions. * Autonomy, proactivity, and impact orientation. **What do we offer?** Hybrid remote work model.
