




Grupo MARVA, a company with over 70 years of experience dedicated to the design, production, assembly, and management of temporary architecture projects for trade fairs, professional congresses, or commercial spaces, is seeking a young, proactive, and organized individual to assume the **Office Manager** role—serving as the company’s visible face at reception and the driving force ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. **Key responsibilities include:** * Receiving and attending to visitors, phone calls, and mail. * Providing administrative support to the General Director. * Coordinating office supplies and materials. * Providing general administrative support to the administration and procurement teams. * Acting as the main point of contact with suppliers and tracking orders. * Overseeing the proper logistical functioning of the workplace. * Managing delivery notes (goods received notes). * Photocopying/scanning. * Supporting the procurement and logistics department. * Conducting online purchases and requesting, reviewing, and approving invoices. * Recording internal expenses. * Recording company vehicle trips. **We offer:** A fixed-term contract with realistic prospects of conversion to an indefinite contract and promotion based on performance.
