The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of designers on large-scale international industrial projects, acting as the primary technical and communication contact with our clients. This position requires a high degree of responsibility, leadership skills, and deep understanding of 3D modeling tools and processes—especially SP3D. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical and Organizational Coordination:** Direct and organize activities of an SP3D modeling team, ensuring efficiency and achievement of project objectives. * **Management of Multidisciplinary Teams:** Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams comprising at least 10 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * **Quality Supervision:** Ensure the highest quality in 3D modeling, guaranteeing strict adherence to standards and specifications defined for each project. * **Client Interface:** Serve as the direct liaison with the client, managing technical progress tracking, providing detailed reports, and efficiently resolving any issues or requirements. * **Interface Coordination:** Coordinate interactions and integration among various engineering disciplines (piping, structures, equipment, instrumentation, etc.) to ensure consistency and proper functionality of the overall design. * **Planning and Resources:** Actively collaborate in planning modeling team tasks and strategically allocating resources to optimize project execution. * **Problem Solving:** Identify, analyze, and propose solutions to technical and coordination challenges arising during the project lifecycle. **Minimum Requirements:** * **SP3D Coordination Experience:** Minimum of **10 years of specific experience** coordinating modeling teams using SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) in industrial projects. * **Team Leadership Experience:** Proven experience managing and coordinating design teams exceeding 10 members. * **SP3D Proficiency:** In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SmartPlant 3D. * **Languages:** **B2 level English or higher**, essential for fluent and effective communication with international clients. * **Willingness to Travel:** Availability for occasional travel to **FRANCE**, as required by project needs. * **Technical Skills:** Solid understanding of engineering and design principles in industrial projects. * **Communication Competencies:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely. * **Results Orientation:** Strong goal orientation, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other industry-relevant 3D modeling software. * Knowledge of international industrial design codes and standards. * Experience in projects of \[Specify project types if relevant, e.g., Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Chemical, etc.]. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a dynamic and professional work environment, real career development opportunities, and the chance to participate in large-scale international projects.
