Its clients include pharmaceutical, chemical, food, petrochemical companies, research centers, universities, and scientific organizations in various countries. www.burdinola.com **Job mission** Reporting to the corresponding area management, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing proposals and technical solutions to meet the needs of clients in French-speaking markets, participating in preparing bids and maintaining direct and fluent communication with these clients. **Main responsibilities** * Define the technical specifications of each project, adapting customer requirements to catalog products. * Prepare and present projects in public tenders, gathering necessary information and generating corresponding documentation. * Develop technical and economic proposals, including cost and margin calculations. * Prepare drawings according to established criteria. * Reassess and adjust proposals before the production phase. * Generate and update technical documentation (drawings, costs, adjustments) until final client approval. **Profile and requirements** * Technical education: preferably a Degree in Engineering, Design, or Architecture. Higher Vocational Training cycles in Design, Drafting, or similar fields will also be considered. * Minimum professional experience of 2\-3 years in space/installation design or technical roles related to BIM. * Knowledge of design tools: Autocad, Solid Edge, Revit, as well as BIM environments. * Advanced level of French (C1\); English is an advantage. * Knowledge of applicable laboratory regulations will be valued: UNE EN 14056, 14175, 16121, 16122, 14770, installations, systems. * Competencies: planning and organizational skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and teamwork.
