**GenAI Technician** **Location:** Bilbao (hybrid model) **Contract:** Permanent At Aindeep Technology Solutions, we support enterprises in their digital transformation through solutions integrating cybersecurity, cloud, and artificial intelligence. We design technological ecosystems that combine our proprietary tools with market-leading technologies, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability. Within our innovation line, we develop the Kisai family of products (Kicso and Kinai), regulatory assistants built on Generative AI running on AWS. These products help companies manage regulations and documentation more agilely, intelligently, and efficiently. We seek to strengthen our team with a candidate possessing solid technical foundations and hands-on experience in generative AI, eager to work within a growing product environment. Responsibilities * Participate in the development and evolution of the Kisai products. * Manage and prioritize the backlog and incidents related to the AI layer. * Collaborate with internal teams, external specialists, and AWS technical staff. * Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. * Oversee GenAI integrations and validate developments. * Participate in architecture reviews within AWS environments. * Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement in technical and methodological best practices. Profile we are seeking We seek a technically proficient candidate with experience in software development and solid knowledge of generative AI, interested in product-oriented work and close collaboration with business and technology teams. Minimum requirements * 2–3 years of software development experience (Python, Node.js or similar). * Solid knowledge of GenAI: LLMs, prompts, embeddings, model APIs. * Experience with agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Git). * Ability to collaborate and coordinate tasks within a technical team. * Technical English (reading and written communication). Preferred qualifications * Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker). * Prior integration of GenAI into SaaS products. * AWS Associate certification or willingness to obtain it (with company-provided training and funding). * Experience working with mixed teams (internal and external). What we offer * Compensation: €30,000 – €42,000 * Phantom Options plan enabling participation in the company’s growth. * Continuous training and certifications in AWS and GenAI fully covered by the company. * Hybrid work model. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–14:00.
