Key Highlights: 1. Execution of automation projects at customer facilities. 2. Assembly of electrical panels and wiring to high standards. 3. Field installation and connection of instrumentation. We are seeking an Industrial Electrician specialized in Integration to execute automation projects. Your mission will be the assembly of control panels and field installation at customer facilities, ensuring that electrical hardware serves as the perfect bridge for control software. Responsibilities: Electrical Panel Assembly: Panel machining, wiring of PLC racks, power supplies, safety relays, and protective devices, maintaining professional labeling and aesthetic standards. Field Installation: Conduit installation, laying of power and control cables, and connection of instrumentation (inductive sensors, photoelectric cells, encoders, valves, etc.). Network Integration: Termination and laying of communication buses (Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP). Commissioning (I/O Check): Continuity testing, verification of inputs/outputs with the programmer, and adjustment of basic parameters. Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics (preferably created in EPLAN). Specific Requirements Experience: At least 4 years working for companies in this sector. Availability: Ability to travel promptly for installations and integrations at the end customer’s site. Differentiators (Bonus Points) Knowledge of pneumatics (assembly of valve islands and actuators). Ability to report design issues identified during assembly.
