The main mission is to coordinate on-site tasks and ensure that all construction activities proceed as planned, maintaining smooth day-to-day control. Responsibilities include supervising daily work, organizing both in-house teams and subcontractors, and managing materials, machinery, and required supplies. The role also involves monitoring deadlines, resolving any technical unforeseen issues that arise, and consistently ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Furthermore, it is essential to regularly report actual progress to the technical management team. A permanent, full-time contract is offered with an annual gross salary ranging from 39\.000 to 45\.000 euros.
