Positive and welcoming environment supporting clients At **My Flex Club**, Spain’s first one-on-one assisted stretching concept, we are looking for movement professionals to join our team in Elche. We are a growing company founded by experts with over 14 years of experience in personal training, specializing in 1&1 assisted stretching. We train our professionals through our own internal program to ensure the highest quality in every session. Who Are We Looking For? Professionals passionate about fitness, mobility, and flexibility improvement: * Licensed massage therapists * Certified personal, sports, or athletic trainers * Physiotherapists * Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance instructors We seek individuals who: * Can create a positive and welcoming atmosphere * Possess excellent communication skills and empathy * Enjoy helping others achieve their goals * Are responsible, professional, and committed * Are willing to complete our Specialist Assisted Stretching Training Program (over 25 hours combining online, in-person, and practical training) Main Responsibilities * Deliver individual assisted stretching sessions * Motivate and support clients throughout each session * Contribute to member acquisition and retention * Ensure safety and correct application of techniques * Attend internal meetings and training sessions * Listen to and address members’ needs * Support events, studio visits, and commercial activities when required * Maintain an active social media presence to support acquisition and retention * Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of work equipment Conditions * Initial part-time employment (with potential for full-time) * Working hours Monday to Friday * Occasional weekend availability for promotional events * On-site work in Elche We Offer * Flexible working hours * A rapidly growing company with professional development opportunities * Additional commission-based compensation If you are passionate about movement and mobility and want to join Spain’s first specialized 1&1 assisted stretching club, we want to meet you.
