We have a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals and a work environment that fosters growth and collaboration. **Your Role as REVIT ARCHITECTURAL MODELER:** We are seeking a professional with solid experience in architectural modeling using Revit. You will be a key player in creating and managing BIM models for various building projects. Your work will be essential to guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and efficiency in the documentation and representation of our architectural designs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural BIM models using Revit, adhering to established standards and regulations. * Create technical documentation from models (plans, sections, elevations, details). * Actively collaborate with other departments (structural, MEP) to ensure model coordination. * Review and conduct quality control of models to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Participate in defining and improving BIM workflows. * Support the identification and resolution of clashes and conflicts within the model. * Contribute to optimizing modeling and documentation processes. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Revit architectural modeling. * **Education:** Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Vocational Training (FP) in the construction field. * **Specific Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture; solid knowledge of BIM modeling and associated workflows. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Languages:** English proficiency is valued. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in modeling industrial and tertiary buildings (data centers, logistics warehouses, landmark buildings, industrial facilities, etc.). * Experience in modeling other disciplines such as structural (STR) and MEP. * Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards. * Prior experience on projects carried out in Spain (minimum 3 years). **Collaboration Terms:** * **Start Date:** Immediate * **Salary:** Competitive and commensurate with experience (to be agreed). * **Benefits:** Opportunity to join an established team and work on large-scale projects, continuous professional development. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about the world of BIM modeling, we want to meet you!
