We are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to support the proper functioning of facilities, machinery, and infrastructure within an agricultural-technological environment. The selected candidate will work alongside the Maintenance and Construction Manager, participating in preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement tasks, ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace. **Key Responsibilities** * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance** of equipment and facilities. * Collaborate on **repairs, installations, and improvements** of infrastructure. * Maintain an organized workshop and manage tools and materials. * Record and update technical documentation and quality protocols. * Use tools and machinery safely, complying with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Support other departments and participate in operational projects. **Requirements** * Technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related fields. * Prior experience in maintenance or industrial environments is desirable but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to learn. * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan; basic English is desirable. **Conditions** * Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:00 – 16:30, with flexibility according to operational needs). * Salary: negotiable based on experience. * Permanent contract with opportunities for professional development. * Immediate start. **Ideal Profile** * A versatile, responsible, and organized individual with interest in equipment maintenance and repair, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, eager to grow within an expanding agricultural-technological environment.
