Requirements: \- Mandatory disability certificate of 33% or higher \- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in highly demanding industrial or automotive environments, acting as the direct point of contact with the client. \- Familiarity with working under KPI-driven frameworks and aligned quality standards. \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization. \- A Master’s degree in Industrial Organization is desirable. \- Proficiency in IT tools relevant to this position. \- Knowledge and experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools: 5S, VSM, Lean Manufacturing… \- Proactive attitude and readiness to resolve frontline problems. Offered: \- Permanent employment contract \- Full-time position, including statutory breaks \- Working hours: 9:00–18:00 \- Monthly gross salary: €2,500 • Participate in estimating the resources required for industrial plant operations, as well as in defining key milestones to optimize processes. • Ensure operational processes are executed on time, with optimal quality and methodology. • Facilitate effective communication between the client and plant operations. • Implement operational improvements to maximize resource efficiency and optimize the profit-and-loss statements of production centers. • Comply with VDA standards (Volkswagen Group Consortium) regarding continuous improvement processes. • Collaborate with external and internal clients in defining new processes and analyzing potential impacts on departmental quality indicators. • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of operational processes for new client projects, aiming to design improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and/or output. • Guarantee strict adherence to client-defined indicators concerning process quality, service level, and client collaboration. • Analyze the aforementioned KPIs to optimize processes and resources. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Monthly gross salary: €2,500
