The Whiteam Consulting is seeking a **Senior Liferay Consultant** with **at least 8 years of experience in IT** to join a major national project, offering an indefinite contract and long-term stability in a fully remote setup. **REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum academic qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields, preferably in Computer Science. **General minimum experience**: 8 years. **Minimum specific experience for this profile**: At least 5 years of experience in program, project, or service management offices. **Certifications**: At least one of the following: * PMP or equivalent * SAFe * Scrum * ITIL **Technical, methodological, and technological experience**: At least 5 years of experience in: * Technical monitoring and coordination of programs, projects, or services * Risk management **Business experience**: At least 2 years of experience. **Tools**: At least 5 years of experience in: * Project planning software * Risk management * Reporting tools * KPIs and dashboards * Collaborative tools * Document management systems * Office productivity suite **Additional experience and certification requirements: Liferay Systems** It is mandatory to demonstrate at least 3 years of experience and knowledge in at least 6 of the following requirements: * (Mandatory requirement) Administration and configuration of Liferay DXP 7.4 or later systems. * Oracle SQL administration. * Use of server technologies employed in Liferay DXP 7.4 (Tomcat, JBoss, Elastic). * Configuration and administration of on-premise Liferay farms/clusters within large-scale ICT infrastructures. * Experience in monitoring and defining best practices for on-premise infrastructure management of Liferay systems. * Creation and proposal of containment and recovery measures for incidents affecting platforms or infrastructures related to platform administration and maintenance. * Creation and proposal of review plans to ensure platform operation remains within established parameters defined during initial setup to meet service requirements. * Review of such plans and generation of reports indicating compliance levels with requirements and recommended corrective actions if established thresholds are exceeded. * Promotion and supervision of infrastructure and platform maintenance and correction activities. * Collaboration in incident recovery tasks to guarantee service operation within established parameters. **Additional tool requirements: Liferay Systems** * Use of JIRA (or equivalent) to manage the software development project lifecycle. **Additional experience and certification requirements: Senior Liferay Consultant** It is mandatory to demonstrate at least 7 years of experience and knowledge in at least 6 of the following requirements: * Design and development of custom solutions using Liferay. * Definition of architecture and technical design for solutions based on Liferay DXP. * Development and optimization of components in Liferay 7.4 and later versions. * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and requests related to Liferay-based portals. * Definition of physical and logical architecture for Liferay-based systems. * In-depth knowledge of Liferay product features, updated to the latest Liferay versions. * Extensive experience in portal development and customization, including themes, content structures, and workflows. * Configuration of Liferay installations. * Integration of Liferay with external systems (APIs, LDAP, etc.). * Portlet development (MVC, JSF, React). **How will you work?** 100% fully remote. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals possessing extensive experience in technology consulting.
