Scope of the Role Currently, construction coordination is manual, and information flows are fragmented by design. A typical project requires coordination among dozens of independent actors using multiple applications and spreadsheets. Each information transfer generates **delays, inconsistencies, and loss of context**, resulting in **schedule overruns and cost overruns**. As part of the **Project Management** team, you will design the **central operational experience** that connects budgeting and forecasting, project and resource planning, and documentation into **a single product used daily** by Project Managers, operations teams, and leadership. **Objective:** Build a reliable system where projects are actually executed. This scope lies at the **heart of the transformation** that 011h brings to the construction industry. **Requirements** What We’re Looking For * Define the strategy to create an **end-to-end project management experience** that is both efficient and satisfying for users. * Integrate scattered digital modules or Excel-based tools into a **coherent platform** that delivers improvements in cost, speed, and reliability. * Establish the **foundations and principles** enabling other teams to seamlessly feed their data into your scope. * Define the **information architecture** and end-to-end journey: Sales → Design → Contracting → Construction. * Design and deliver **data-heavy interfaces** (tables, dashboards, comparisons, approvals) with high usability and visual quality. * Collaborate closely with PMs, engineering, and construction stakeholders to **define problems, test solutions, and deliver iteratively**. * Improve the design team’s work: contribute to the design system, conduct design critiques, and elevate quality through influence. * Use **product analytics and research** to measure adoption, identify friction points, and iterate rapidly. **What We’re Looking For in You** Experience: +5 years developing **digital products** as a Senior or Lead (IC) Product Designer, preferably in B2B or data-heavy products. * Experience working in **startups or high-velocity environments**, collaborating with Product and development teams. * Research and problem definition: comfortable working with qualitative research, direct customer conversations, and business data; strong knowledge of user-centered methodologies. * Systems thinking: ability to map how a product creates value across complex ecosystems and design accordingly. * Stakeholder management: align strong opinions and maintain momentum without sacrificing quality. * Use of **AI tools** to accelerate prototyping, explore UI variants, draft copy, and facilitate delivery. * Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) and professional-level English.
