If you are passionate about our mission and wish to be part of this evolution, we are looking for you. **What will your responsibilities be?** This role focuses on communications systems architecture and participation in the design of various hardware and software components.* Specification of RF and radar system requirements * Design of communication architectures (HF/VHF/UHF, telemetry, data links, GNSS, etc.) * Definition of radar topologies (FMCW, pulsed, altimetry, in-flight detection) * Link budget and range calculations * Link sizing and coverage analysis * Definition of front-ends for these systems * Integration with onboard avionics and ground segment * Participation in integration, verification, and validation (IVV) activities * Generation of technical documentation compliant with DO-160, DO-254, and DO-366 standards **️ ️** **What do we require?*** Over 2 years of experience in radio systems, radar systems, or high-reliability communication systems * Knowledge of aeronautical radios and telemetry systems **What do we value?*** Degree in Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field * Experience in certified environments (DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A, ARP4761) * Experience with Detect & Avoid systems * Focus, commitment, and results-oriented agility * Autonomy, attention to detail, and structured mindset * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams * Solid knowledge of RF architecture and propagation principles * Experience in link budget calculation * Experience in RF validation in laboratory settings and incident resolution * Professional-level English ***Embention is an equal opportunity employer.
