We are currently seeking a **PFE Engineer** to carry out, among others, the following tasks: **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating and leading development, validation, and industrialization activities for the set of components within their scope. * Define the framework and decide on technical solutions to be adopted for the project, identifying risks within their scope. * Lead the achievement of results at project milestones or series production life stages. * Participate in launching supplier inquiries by preparing technical specifications documents. * Plan, together with designers and design architects, the convergence of interfaces with the vehicle. * Coordinate and implement necessary actions to achieve QCDP objectives. * Collaborate with other engineering functions, procurement, suppliers, logistics, and manufacturing to meet the project’s QCDP objectives. * Responsible for quality, cost-efficiency, and production capacity improvements in new projects or series production life. * In the context of series production life, responsible for progressing and handling LUPs and ensuring their timely and high-quality resolution. * Define and monitor the validation plan for their scope. **What we offer:** * Working hours: 07:00–15:00. * Continuous professional development. * A participative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. If you identify with this profile, don’t hesitate to apply! **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in this role and/or in the described responsibilities. * Knowledge of the automotive industry. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Costing, Design, Projects). * Technical knowledge of internal combustion engines. * Proficiency with the LUP system, RGPQP, and engine development procedures. * High level of English—minimum B2. * French language skills are an asset. * Leadership, cross-functional management, and synthesis capabilities.
