What is the expected outcome?** We are looking for a professional to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aeronautical components. Key responsibilities include, among others: * Defining manufacturing processes for new components, generating manufacturing routings and solid models for each process phase, as well as work instructions and guidelines for execution. * Identifying and implementing necessary improvements to industrialize the product and achieve reductions in cycle time, product cost, and non-quality costs. * Providing production support and ensuring continuous process improvement. * Implementing new technologies and planned improvements to enhance the competitiveness of our radial structures. * Identifying process control variables enabling sustainable performance of our products. **What profile are we seeking?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies or related field. A Master’s degree will be valued. * Required experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing processes, primarily in machined-welded processes. * Required knowledge: \- Interpretation of engineering drawings. \- 3D modeling and drafting, preferably using Siemens NX. \- Statistical analysis capability. \- Languages: English at First Certificate level or equivalent. * Additional experience (valued but not mandatory): \- Machining of nickel or titanium alloys. \- Welding processes. \- Manual or automated dimensional inspection. \- Non-destructive testing techniques. \- Management software: Teamcenter, SAP. * Personal skills: \- Teamwork, coordination and communication. \- Autonomy and proactivity. \- Results-oriented mindset. \- Capacity for learning and adaptation. \- Motivation to pursue daily improvement. \- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and international environment. **What training will you receive to perform the job?** You will receive training in: * Manufacturing processes for static aeronautical engine components managed by the Large Radial Structures Engineering department, including their function, materials, and key processes. * Product and process management tools and software. * Process data analysis tools (SPC and others). * Quality management for aeronautical parts. * Ergonomic analysis and safety for personnel across various processes. * Lean Manufacturing concepts. **Who will you work with?
