From Inetum North’s Consulting line, we are seeking a professional with experience in managing consulting projects to join our Energy and Utilities projects. Key responsibilities include: * Leading strategic consulting initiatives in the energy sector, adding value to core decision-making processes. * Developing local business in the energy sector. * Analyzing complex business problems and designing innovative solutions aligned with corporate objectives. * Identifying optimization opportunities in operational models, business processes, and corporate strategies. * Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating their transformation and continuous improvement. * Conducting market analysis (benchmarking) to identify sector trends, risks, and opportunities. * Driving business development by generating new opportunities, crafting value propositions, and supporting commercial negotiations. * Contributing to team growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants. **Requirements** **Required Experience:** * More than 5 years of business consulting experience in the energy sector. * Knowledge of and experience in the local Basque Country energy sector. * Proven experience in participating in and delivering high-impact projects across areas such as commercial strategy, process optimization, or digital transformation—spanning the entire energy value chain (generation, transmission, distribution, and retail). * Experience working with senior executives in complex environments. * Ability to identify and structure business opportunities within energy, Oil & Gas, and utilities companies. **Skills and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics (or related fields), or in business disciplines such as Business Administration and Management. * A 100% consulting mindset: analytical, structured, and results-oriented. * Strategic thinking and synthesis capability to tackle complex problems. * High energy and dynamism, with a proactive, solution-focused approach. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in formal and informal settings. * Autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments. * Innovative mindset, with constant curiosity about emerging trends and technologies. * Team management and leadership capability. * Business development capability. * Spanish and English. **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * ️ You’ll join a large team of professionals passionate and motivated by technology. * You’ll work full-time with a flexible schedule and genuine remote work options. ‍ Company-provided training to support your continued development and promotion within your personalized career plan.
