




Job Summary: Responsible for leading the construction of photovoltaic power plants, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Ensuring resource availability and compliance with regulations We are seeking a professional to lead the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Madrid. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating subcontractors and closely supervising on-site work execution. It will be essential to ensure that all activities proceed in accordance with established deadlines, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for planning the various project phases, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and monitoring key milestones. A permanent contract with immediate start is offered. Additionally, you will receive a fixed salary complemented by a variable component based on achieved objectives, access to the company’s vehicle fleet, and a flexible compensation plan including meal vouchers, childcare assistance, and transportation allowance. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewable energy projects, preferably photovoltaic power plants. * Academic Qualification: Engineer or Technical Engineer, preferably in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical regulations, photovoltaic structures, and civil works. * Mobility: Willingness to work on-site during construction and travel nationwide. * Software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
