**Description:** ---------------- At GURPEA, we are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to strengthen the maintenance team of a leading industrial company in its sector, located in Legutiano (Álava). You will join a multidisciplinary technical team, participating in the maintenance, improvement, and optimization of high-performance production machinery and facilities. We invest in people who make a difference. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will join the plant’s technical team, collaborating in comprehensive maintenance of facilities and machinery. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preventive and corrective maintenance on automated stamping lines, hydraulic presses and transfer systems, as well as robotic cells. * Intervention in electrical and mechanical failures, resolving incidents quickly and accurately. * Diagnosis and repair of PLCs, variable-frequency drives, sensors, solenoid valves, and other control components. * Inspection of electrical panels, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Collaboration during plant shutdowns, technical improvements, and process optimization. * Use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log tasks and incidents, and propose preventive actions. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract and job stability at an industry-leading company. * Integration into a highly specialized technical team offering continuous support. * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and occasionally night) from Monday to Friday. * Competitive annual gross salary between €28,000 and €35,000, depending on experience + allowances. * 14 monthly payments (12 regular + 2 extra payments in June and December). * Continuous training plan and real opportunities for professional development. * Applicable collective agreement: Álava Iron and Steel Industry Agreement. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Automation, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automated environments. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. * Desirable: Knowledge of PLCs, industrial robotics, and SCADA environments. * Proactive, solution-oriented, committed individual with strong teamwork skills.
