




**Description:** ---------------- At Globalia Handling, a company committed to equal opportunities, we are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join our human capital, comprising over 4,000 employees, at our headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón. With over 20 years of experience as a ground handling services provider, Globalia is a benchmark in the airport sector, operating at more than 12 national airports where we provide ground handling services to leading global airlines. Reporting to the Department Director, based at our headquarters in Llucmajor, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing occupational risk prevention matters to ensure optimal operation of processes across all airports where we operate. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting risk assessments in the disciplines of Safety, Ergonomics, Psychosociology, and Hygiene. * Performing field visits to collect data and conduct measurements required for risk assessments. * Developing the corresponding preventive activity planning derived from each risk assessment. * Managing information and training on occupational risk prevention for various job positions. * Organizing and conducting emergency and evacuation drills. * Conducting workplace conditions monitoring activities. * Investigating work-related accidents and occupational diseases. * Participating in internal and external prevention audits conducted on the company. * Participating in Health and Safety Committees. * Preparing documentation and providing assistance and advisory support during labor inspections. * Managing coordination of business activities. * Promoting occupational risk prevention within the company and its integration into corporate practices. * Advising on, managing, and monitoring preventive activities. * Registering and updating documents and records arising from the duties of an occupational risk prevention technician. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher education degree: Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Engineering. * Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three technical specializations: Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Psychosociology. * Minimum two years of professional experience. * Knowledge of ISO 45001; participation in internal and certification audits. * Willingness and ability to travel nationwide to perform duties at the airports where we operate. * Initiative and motivation toward work. * Candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be given preference.
