Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to manage resources, provide technical support, coordinate construction projects, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage human and material resources on construction sites. 2. Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan (OHSP). 3. Resolve incidents and manage certifications. IYCSA GROUP 1992 is a construction-sector company with over 30 years of experience and more than 3,000 successfully completed projects. We are currently seeking a Site Manager to perform the following duties: - Manage the human and material resources required for the execution of construction projects/services. - Provide technical support to the site supervisor. - As the direct responsible for the site, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan (OHSP). - Lead the team in developing construction schedules and production certifications. - Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and conduct comparative analyses. - Direct and coordinate all professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors on-site. - Ensure coordination among the project designer, site managers, office-based control supervisors, safety coordinator, and other stakeholders. - Timely preparation of monthly closing reports and supplier proforma invoices. - Review and approve timesheets and supplier/subcontractor invoices. - Prepare monthly certifications and final project settlements. - Resolve any incidents arising during project execution. Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position * Training as a preventive resources professional (PRL) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto is considered an advantage * Knowledge of English and/or French is also considered an advantage * **Willingness to undertake frequent nationwide travel**, as this position requires continuous on-site presence across various locations in Spain and does not involve fixed-office work.
