As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the entire construction project, ensuring deadlines, quality, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Plan and organize construction work from inception to handover. * Coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors. * Monitor the project’s technical, financial, and documentation execution. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Manage procurement, certifications, and supplier relations. * Maintain clear communication with the technical direction, client, and technical office. What We’re Looking For * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience as a Construction Manager (minimum 3–5 years). * Solid knowledge of planning, measurements, budgeting, and cost control. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
