We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Education Degree or University education in Psychology, Labour Relations and/or HR. With at least one year’s experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security procedures, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave (medical certificates), among other duties typical of the department. Furthermore, your main responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports and follow-up. In addition to specialising as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily interaction with clients, advising them and fostering long-term relationships. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year’s experience in a similar position. Higher Education Degree or University education; degrees in Labour Relations, Psychology or Law will be positively considered. A person strongly oriented towards customers and service.
