They will conduct periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Additionally, they will identify and report any deviations or incidents occurring during execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and control the execution of architectural works, enclosures, and finishes. Experience and knowledge of construction methods required. * Conduct periodic site inspections, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Identify and report any deviations or issues arising during works execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions. * Coordinate and supervise construction teams’ work, ensuring proper implementation of established methods and procedures. * Participate in progress and coordination meetings with the Senior Construction Manager and other members of the Project Management team. * Document and record works progress, generating periodic reports. Requirements: * Academic Qualification: University degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, or related field. * Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within residential or office building construction. * Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of drawing interpretation, technical specifications, and construction regulations. * Languages: Intermediate level of English. * * **Job Description and Profile (external)**
