Their ***main responsibilities*** will include: * Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of air conditioning installations across various buildings, including steam boilers, air conditioning equipment, air compressors, electrical systems, etc. * General inspection of refrigeration equipment. * Evaluation and diagnosis of equipment failures, followed by repair (including replacement of refrigerant circuit components). **Requirements** ***Education***: Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation Maintenance, Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance, or Industrial Refrigeration. ***Experience:*** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role and/or company. Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within the air conditioning and industrial refrigeration sector is required. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Air conditioning. * Basic Fire Protection Regulations (PCI). * Electricity. * Hydraulic circuits. * Second-cycle Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification by specialty (6 hours). * Office software proficiency and computer operation; familiarity with maintenance management applications. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications:** RITE certification.
