Ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks a **Construction Site Manager** with at least three years of proven experience to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong management and organizational skills to lead a critical project at our steel plant facilities located in Valle de Trápaga (Bilbao). **About the Project:** The project focuses on construction site management for blast furnace demolition—a process requiring precision and expert handling of specialized machinery. Concrete wire saws and radial saws will be used to dismantle the furnace, followed by crane-assisted removal of components. The scope also includes managing associated gas installations and piping systems. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Project Management:** Oversee all project phases—from planning through execution to closure—ensuring achievement of defined objectives. * **Contractor Coordination:** Efficiently manage and coordinate all contractors involved in the project, ensuring smooth communication and cross-team collaboration. * **Schedule Adherence:** Ensure completion of the work within established deadlines, implementing corrective measures as needed to maintain the schedule. * **Quality Control:** Ensure proper execution of works, guaranteeing compliance with defined quality standards and applicable regulations. * **Resource Management:** Supervise appropriate utilization of material and human resources assigned to the project. * **Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all work areas. * **Installation Management:** Supervise proper execution of gas installations and piping systems, as well as any other required infrastructure. * **Progress Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on work status, progress, incidents, and forecasts. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum three years of experience in Construction Site Management, preferably in industrial or heavy construction environments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience managing gas installations and piping systems. Practical knowledge of industrial demolition processes, heavy machinery operation, and crane usage. * **Management Skills:** Demonstrated ability to manage work teams and coordinate contractors. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to efficiently identify and resolve issues. * **Availability:** Immediate availability until mid-August. * **Location:** Residence in or ability to relocate to the Valle de Trápaga (Bilbao) area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Specific experience in the steel industry. * Familiarity with industrial safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management tools.
