Criteria Recursos Humans is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join an industrial-sector company executing projects in technical and operational environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical fieldwork, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. Supervision of electrical work in industrial facilities. Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors. Monitoring of planning and execution deadlines. Quality control of completed work. Verification of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Technical support in resolving on-site incidents. Direct reporting to the technical management or project manager. * Experience: 3 years. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial environments performing supervision or coordination of electrical work. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems or Technical Engineering Degree in Industrial Electricity (medium and low voltage). Technical training in Electricity, Electromechanics or similar. Knowledge of current electrical regulations. Leadership and team coordination skills. Availability for fieldwork.
