Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Service Coordination Technician to support the follow-up and supervision of after-sales activities, assisting in customer communication and resource management. Flexible working hours and work-life balance support **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to hire a **Service Coordination Technician** within its Drives \& Automation business unit to support the follow-up and supervision of after-sales aspects for D\&A’s key customers, assist in customer communication, cooperate in reviewing pending items, and support the management of human and material resources within the after-sales department. **Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and operational support to the after-sales service team, including customer information management, report preparation, and meeting coordination. * Track punch lists related to deviations and customer complaints. * Monitor warranty claims for the business unit’s key customers. * Support customer relations by addressing all requests, modifications, etc., and communicating progress on their resolution. * Assist in coordinating requirements associated with action plans needed to resolve customer deviations. * Report quality deviations identified by customers to the Quality Department. * Review information and reports required to verify economic deviations communicated by customers. * Identify areas for improvement, analyze performance, and propose improvement actions. * Ensure safety and health at one’s own workplace and across all workplaces within one’s scope of responsibility, in accordance with established procedures and current occupational health and safety regulations. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position or professional group to which one belongs, as assigned. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering. * English: B2\-C1 **Preferred Qualifications:** * People management * Negotiation * Conflict management * Technical/product training * Financial and economic knowledge * Project management **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an innovative, leading organization in Power Electrical Systems Automation, contributing to the energy model transition and impacting triple sustainability (social, environmental, and economic). * State-of-the-art, up-to-date work processes. * High-performing team. * International work environment. * Hands-on experience performing dynamic tasks. * Flexible working hours and additional work-life balance support. * Compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
