Join our team as: Preventive Maintenance Manager The MISSION of this position is to meet required product availability, productivity, and quality, ensuring safe working conditions, compliance with legal, environmental, and social regulations, and execution of a scheduled preventive maintenance strategy. Sustainably maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, improving standardization, simplicity, maintainability, and reliability of new equipment. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure monitoring and compliance with all internal and external safety, environmental, and legal standards across all maintenance activities. * Ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities at the plant, sustainably achieving target availability and MTBF indices at the lowest possible cost, guaranteeing production volume and quality while engaging all departments. Coordinate with RMSO on execution and compliance of special HCE or HGRS projects. * Implement and exemplarily enforce high MAC standards, driving their application to achieve annual continuous improvement in maintenance indicators. * Plan, prioritize, control, report, and optimize all preventive and predictive maintenance activities (daily/weekly and 13-week cycles), performed by in-house or external personnel; analyze results, make decisions, and execute necessary corrective actions. Detail, prioritize, and optimize (in time and cost) the major repair plan, critical spare parts, and required investments. * Identify and participate in planning the team’s training needs (development plans, training plans) and promote Holcim values. * Promote, develop, and understand internally developed procedures and instructions within the department, ensuring compliance not only with these but also with legal requirements, corporate procedures, Holcim standards, and other applicable factory-level safety regulations. * Participate in preparing the maintenance budget for the area aligned with company objectives, ensuring data and reported information reliability, monitoring performance, anticipating potential deviations, and promoting necessary preventive and corrective actions to ensure budget adherence. * Plan repairs thoroughly and proactively in terms of time, resources, tools, equipment, materials, etc., to achieve optimal costs and timelines. * Continuously seek tools, methods, services, etc., enabling resource optimization. * Ensure proper operation and maintenance of facilities in compliance with the MAC guideline. * Guarantee execution and improvement of preventive maintenance activities in accordance with our policies and procedures; * Prioritize, plan, and schedule tasks (daily/weekly) in detail to ensure: quality of in-house and third-party work, resource optimization, timely anticipation of failures; order, cleanliness, and visual appearance of the work environment; * Coordinate requirements with other departments; * Collaborate closely with various RMSO areas to optimize operation of current and new equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with legal and Group design requirements. Requirements: Education: Mechanical Engineering (EC), Industrial Technical Engineering (Electronics), Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Automation Technical Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanical), Industrial Technical Engineering Experience: 5 years in the cement industry, with prior 5-year experience in maintenance.
