At SENER, we are looking to incorporate a Mechanical Engineer into our Defense and Space Mechanisms department to develop new products in the areas of pointing mechanisms and actuation systems for aerodynamic surface control. **What you will do:** * Design of mechanisms and structures for defense and space applications. * Coordination of various development activities, performing some of them: 3D design, structural and thermal analysis, performance analysis, definition of mechanical components. * Preparation of technical reports. * Coordination with other technical disciplines such as electronics and automation to study system requirements, interfaces, budgets, and performance. * Launching and monitoring the manufacturing of mechanical parts. * Assembly and testing of prototypes. * Direct interaction with the client. **What we expect from you:** * Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical specialization), Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, calculation, and testing of mechanical components within R\+D or engineering departments of companies developing their own products (automotive, aerospace, rail, machine tools, robotics, etc.). International experience will be valued.
