Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified English teacher to deliver individualized training, design customized training plans, and monitor progress. Key Highlights: 1. Individualized "One to One" training 2. Design of training plans tailored to functional areas 3. Prior experience in executive training We seek a highly qualified English teacher to deliver individualized training in the **"**One to One" format. **Requirements:** * **Language proficiency:** Native or bilingual speaker of English. * **Qualification:** Certification validating English teaching competence (e.g., CELTA, CAP, or equivalent). * **Teaching experience:** Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience teaching English to corporate clients. * **Executive training:** Specific prior experience in training managerial or executive positions. * **Multidisciplinary profile:** Professional experience in a field other than education. **Main responsibilities:** * Conducting initial level assessments and needs diagnostics. * Designing and implementing a training plan tailored to Aena’s functional areas (commercial, aeronautical, maintenance, security, etc.). * Preparing monthly progress reports, a report at the six-month mark, and a final report.
