Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified English teacher to deliver individualized training, design customized training plans, and prepare progress reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in executive training We are looking for a highly qualified English teacher to deliver individualized training under the **"**One to One" format. **Requirements:** * **Language proficiency:** Native or bilingual speaker of English. * **Qualification:** Certification validating English teaching competence (e.g., CELTA, CAP, or equivalent). * **Teaching experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience teaching English to corporate clients. * **Executive training:** Prior specific experience training managerial or executive personnel. * **Multidisciplinary profile:** Professional experience in a field other than education. **Main responsibilities:** * Conducting initial level assessments and needs analysis. * Designing and implementing a customized training plan aligned with Aena’s functional areas (commercial, aviation, maintenance, security, etc.). * Preparing monthly, six-month, and final progress reports. Work location: On-site employment
