**Job Description** We are seeking an **e-Government Project Consultant** with proven experience in implementing solutions within the local government domain. The candidate will participate in end\-to\-end projects with city councils, provincial councils, and inter-municipal associations — from functional analysis through to production deployment and stabilization — acting as the functional reference point for the client throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Functional leadership of implementation projects: administrative process analysis, solution design, configuration, and go-live. * Modeling and digitalization of electronic procedures and files in compliance with regulatory frameworks (Law 39/2015, Law 40/2015, ENI, ENS). * Integration with interoperability platforms: @firma, FACe, ORVE/SIR, Cl@ve, Notific@, etc. * Client liaison (technical staff and public administration managers), project monitoring, and incident management. * Coordination with internal technical teams (development, architecture, infrastructure). * End-user training, functional documentation, and support during transition to the new operational model. **Profile** * Minimum **5 years of experience in e-Government projects within Public Administrations (AAPP)**. * Demonstrable experience in the **local government sector** (city councils, provincial councils, inter-municipal associations). * Knowledge of **ECM and document management platforms** in public-sector environments. * Solid understanding of the **regulatory framework**: Law 39/2015, ENI, ENS, GDPR. * University degree. * **Desirable:** + **Basque language proficiency at B2 level or higher**. + Experience with the **Basque technological ecosystem**: EJIE, Izenpe, eHAEF, UDALMAP. **About Inetum** **Company Description** **About Inetum** **Inetum** is a European leader in digital services.
