Grupo Clave is collaborating with an industrial company specialized in the design, manufacturing, and installation of structures, which is currently experiencing growth and consolidation of projects at national and international levels. We are seeking to hire a: **Project Manager / Site Manager** ------------------------------------ The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned projects, acting as the primary liaison with clients, coordinating technical and production aspects of each project, and ensuring achievement of established objectives regarding schedule, quality, and profitability. **Responsibilities** ------------- * End-to-end project management from award through final closure. * Direct liaison with clients, ensuring proper contractual relationship management. * Negotiation of scope changes, scope extensions, and conflicting pricing. * Technical coordination with Engineering, Technical Office, and Production departments. * Supervision and optimization of execution processes to ensure operational efficiency. * Planning, organization, and monitoring of on-site work. * Coordination of internal teams and subcontracted companies. * Monitoring and control of schedules, costs, quality, and project objective achievement. * Preparation and review of construction certifications. * Financial tracking of projects and analysis of variances. * Technical and financial closure of completed projects. * Preparation of progress reports and reporting to the Operations Director. * Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations regarding safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Civil Engineering, etc.). * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Prior experience in structural projects. * Knowledge of BIM methodology. * Proficiency in Tekla Structures. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Experience in contractual management and client negotiation. **Employment Conditions** --------------- * Indefinite-term contract and stable integration into a growing company. * Immediate incorporation. * Company vehicle. * Competitive remuneration, negotiable based on experience and expertise. * Involvement in high-technical-value projects. * Real opportunities for professional development and career growth. * Integration into an established technical team focused on operational excellence.
