The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across our projects, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role is critical to optimizing our design, construction, and operations processes using the most advanced BIM technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** * **BIM Leadership and Strategy:** * Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s BIM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and industry best practices. * Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines for all projects. * Define and manage required Levels of Development (LOD) for each project phase. * **BIM Project Management:** * Coordinate and supervise all BIM-related activities on assigned projects, from conception through completion. * Ensure correct execution of BIM models, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and information integrity. * Manage the BIM collaboration platform and ensure appropriate access and usage by all stakeholders. * **Coordination and Collaboration:** * Facilitate communication and collaboration among different project teams (architecture, engineering, construction, operations) via BIM workflows. * Identify and resolve model conflicts or discrepancies using clash detection tools. * Organize and lead periodic BIM coordination meetings. * **BIM Content Development and Maintenance:** * Create, manage, and maintain Revit family and parametric object libraries. * Ensure standardization of library elements and proper naming conventions. * **Training and Support:** * Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and methodologies. * Foster a BIM culture within the organization, promoting adoption and best practices. * **Technology and Software:** * Stay updated on the latest BIM trends, tools, and software, evaluating their applicability to Eosol Group. * Oversee proper implementation and updates of BIM software, including Revit and other relevant tools. * **Quality Control:** * Implement quality control processes for BIM models and documentation. * Verify that BIM deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** University degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Specialized BIM education is preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in BIM management or BIM coordination roles on construction and/or engineering projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and its ecosystem (Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.). * Solid understanding of BIM methodology and standards (e.g., ISO 19650). * Experience creating and managing BIM object libraries. * Competence in clash detection and resolution. * Familiarity with BIM visualization software and databases. * **Skills:** * Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical capability. * Effective problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and strong work ethic. * **Languages:** Fluency in Spanish.
